How Long Will It Take for My Gift Box to Arrive?

Orders typically take 3-8 business days to deliver via standard shipping. Most packages will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Fully customized bulk orders and curated gift sets will have longer processing times. Processing and shipping estimates will be communicated as applicable.

What Payment Methods are Accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Discover, Diner's Club, PayPal, ApplePay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay.

Do you Ship Gifts Internationally?

We currently ship to the US only, but plan to expand our reach to help with spreading joyful moments. Keep your eyes peeled!

Is Shipping Included?

While we work hard to keep shipping costs low, per-order shipping is an additional cost and is calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping option.

Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses in One Order?

Our online checkout currently supports one shipping address per order. For multi-address gifting, we can coordinate everything through a custom invoice. Just reach out and we’ll handle the details for you.

How Is Shipping Calculated for Multi-Address Orders?

Shipping is calculated per address and per gift box, since each box is packed and shipped individually to ensure it arrives beautifully.

What are the Options for Gift Boxes?

Our custom gift box builder automatically selects the appropriate box size to snugly fit the contents of your gift, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Will My Gift Include A Receipt?

We're here for you, to make gifting easier, stress free and delightful. We understand that most of our gifts are shipped directly to the recipient and most often are gifts. Rest assured, we will never include receipts or inventory packing slips in their gift boxes. You'll never have to worry about a pesky receipt ruining your surprise gift shh.

Can I Include A Note?

Absolutely! Each gift includes a complementary greeting card with your heartfelt note to show your recipient how much you care! You simply provide us with your message and we'll hand write it for you!

What is Inside the Gift Box?

As a result of the unique selection of personalized gifts we offer, along with our seasonal product offerings, and commitment to supporting other small businesses, there may be instances where certain items become temporarily unavailable. In the unlikely situation that this happens, rest assured that we will make a suitable substitution of equal or higher value to ensure your gift box remains just as special. Before any adjustments are made to your gift selections, we will make every effort to contact you to confirm how you’d like to proceed.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I Return My Gift for a Refund or An Exchange? 

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Although, we don't accept returns or exchanges, we will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise and we will replace items damaged during shipping.

Damages and Issues

So, your gift was delivered, but the box looked like it took a beating in transit. Don't worry! We take care to ensure our gifts are packaged securely. Our gift boxes are filled with crinkle paper to provide extra cushioning for the thoughtfully curated products. Do You Offer Promo Codes?

Yes! Special promotions and offer codes are periodically sent via email. Sign up for our newsletter to stay in the know.

Can I Use Multiple Discount Codes?

Discount codes are not stackable. Only one promotion may be applied per order.

Who Is the 10% Email Subscription Discount For?

The 10% email subscription discount is intended for individual, one-off personal gifting and applies to purchases of fewer than 10 gift boxes.

Can Promo Codes Be Applied to Invoices or After an Order Is Placed?

Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed or applied to invoices, proposals, or custom quotes.

Are Large or Corporate Orders Eligible for the 10% Email Subscription Discount?

No. Bulk purchases of 10 or more gift boxes, corporate gifting orders, multi-ship orders, and custom-branded orders are not eligible for the 10% email subscription discount.

Yes. We offer corporate gift boxes for employee appreciation, client gifting, events, and milestones. Our team works with businesses to create thoughtful gifts at scale, with options for branding and bulk ordering. Corporate orders typically start at 10 gift boxes or more.

Are Corporate Orders Eligible for Promo Codes or Email Discounts?

Corporate and bulk orders are priced separately and do not use individual, one-off gifting promo codes, including email subscription discounts. Corporate pricing already reflects volume-based considerations.

Do You Offer Volume Incentives for Corporate Orders?

Yes. For qualifying corporate orders, we may offer custom pricing or volume-based incentives, depending on order size, customization level, and delivery requirements. Please contact us for a custom quote, we’re happy to guide you toward the best option for your budget and timeline.

How Are Corporate Orders Paid?
