Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Processing timelines may vary for larger quantity orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days with standard shipping. Delivery times may vary based on destination and shipping method.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat $9.95 per delivery address. Faster and Express delivery options are available at an additional cost. Orders of $125 or more qualify for free standard shipping per delivery address. Corporate and bulk orders are quoted separately.
Do you ship gifts internationally?
We currently ship to the US only, but plan to expand our reach to help with spreading joyful moments. Keep your eyes peeled!
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your gift every step of the way.
Can I schedule a delivery date?
Yes. You can leave a note at checkout with your preferred delivery date, and we’ll do our best to align delivery accordingly based on the selected shipping option.
Do you guarantee delivery dates?
While we do our best to align with requested delivery dates, delivery timing is ultimately dependent on the selected shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Our online checkout currently supports one shipping address per order. For multi-address gifting, we coordinate everything through a custom invoice. Each gift is packed and shipped individually, and shipping is applied per address.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@shopgiftmix.com. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
What Payment Methods are Accepted?

Will My Gift Include A Receipt?
No. We never include receipts or packing slips in gift boxes, so your recipient receives a seamless, ready-to-gift experience.
Can I Include A Note?
Absolutely! Each gift includes a complimentary greeting card with your heartfelt note to show your recipient how much you care! You simply provide us with your message and we'll handwrite it for you!
What is included in the gift presentation?
Each gift is beautifully packaged in our signature Giftmix presentation—a complete, ready-to-gift experience that includes a rigid keepsake box, crinkle fill, ribbon, closure paper, branded sticker, and a complimentary handwritten notecard.
What is Inside the Gift Box?
Due to the nature of our curated and seasonal offerings, an item may occasionally become unavailable. If this happens, we’ll substitute it with a product of equal or greater value that aligns with the overall feel of your gift. We will always do our best to contact you before making any changes.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I Return My Gift for a Refund or An Exchange?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if anything arrives damaged or not as expected, we’ll make it right.
Damages and Issues
So, your gift was delivered, but the box looked like it took a beating in transit. Don't worry! We take care to ensure our gifts are packaged securely. Our gift boxes are filled with crinkle paper to provide extra cushioning for the thoughtfully curated products. Each Giftmix box goes out in a shipper box for an extra layer of protection to ensure a truly special unboxing experience. Do You Offer Promo Codes?
Yes! Special promotions and offer codes are periodically sent via email. Sign up for our newsletter to stay in the know.
Can I Use Multiple Discount Codes?
Discount codes are not stackable. Only one promotion may be applied per order.
Who Is the 10% Email Subscription Discount For?
The 10% email subscription discount is intended for individual, one-off personal gifting and applies to purchases of fewer than 10 gift boxes.
Can Promo Codes Be Applied to Invoices or After an Order Is Placed?
Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed or applied to invoices, proposals, or custom quotes.
Are Large or Corporate Orders Eligible for the 10% Email Subscription Discount?
No. Orders involving bulk quantities, multiple recipients, branding, or other special requirements are not eligible for the 10% email subscription discount.
How Giftmix Works
Does Giftmix partner with other brands or services?
We curate products from a selection of independent brands and makers, but operate as an independent gifting company. Giftmix is not affiliated with unrelated businesses, service providers, or companies using similar names.
What’s the difference between your ready-to-ship gifts and creating your own gift?
Ready-to-ship gifts are assembled around specific occasions or themes and can be sent as shown, whereas creating your own gift involves choosing individual items for the recipient.
Who assembles and packages the gifts?
Every Giftmix order is assembled, wrapped, and packaged in-house with attention to detail to ensure a consistent gifting experience from start to finish.
Corporate Gifting
Do You Offer Corporate or Bulk Gifting?
Yes. We work with businesses on larger gifting projects for employee appreciation, client outreach, events, and company milestones. Options may include branded elements, coordinated packaging, and multi-recipient fulfillment. Corporate orders typically start at 10 gifts or more.
Are Corporate Orders Eligible for Promo Codes or Email Discounts?
Corporate and bulk orders are priced separately and do not use individual, one-off gifting promo codes, including email subscription discounts. Corporate pricing already reflects volume-based considerations.
Do You Offer Volume Incentives for Corporate Orders?
Yes. For qualifying corporate orders, we may offer adjusted pricing or volume-based incentives depending on order size, branding requirements, and delivery needs. Please contact us for a quote. We're happy to help identify the best option for your budget and timeline.
How Are Corporate Orders Paid?
Corporate orders are typically processed via custom invoice and may be paid by credit card, ACH, or other approved business payment methods.
What Is the Timeline for Corporate Orders?
Production and delivery timelines vary based on order size, branding requirements, and fulfillment needs. Most corporate orders are completed within 2–3 weeks after final approval, with shipping time added based on destination. Rush orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
