Shipping & Delivery

How Long Will It Take for My Gift Box to Arrive?

Orders take 3-8 business days to deliver via standard shipping. Most packages will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Fully customized bulk orders and curated gift sets will have longer processing times. Processing and shipping estimates will be communicated as applicable.

What Payment Methods are Accepted?

Do you Ship Gifts Internationally?

We currently ship to the US only, but plan to expand our reach to help with spreading joyful moments. Keep your eyes peeled!

Is Shipping Included?

While we work hard to keep shipping costs low, per order shipping is an additional cost. We do offer several shipping options at checkout and encourage you to select the best options for your needs. 

What are the Options for Gift Boxes?

Our gifts are artfully packaged in our elegant gift boxes. We offer three gift box sizes, small, medium and large. Our custom gift box builder automatically selects the box size to snugly fit the content of your gift box, so you don't have to worry about it! The medium and large boxes include a neatly tied grosgrain black ribbon, while the small box includes a neutral luxurious sleeve for the perfect minimal aesthetic. 

Will My Gift Include A Receipt?

We're here for you, to make gifting easier, stress free and delightful. We understand that most of our gifts are shipped directly to the recipient and most often are gifts. Rest assured, we will never include receipts or inventory packing slips in their gift boxes. You'll never have to worry about a pesky receipt ruining your surprise gift shh.

Can I Include A Note?

Absolutely! Each gift includes a complementary greeting card with your heartfelt note to show your recipient how much you care! You simply provide us with your message and we'll hand write it for you!

 

Returns and Exchanges

Can I Return My Gift for a Refund or An Exchange? 

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Although, we don't accept returns or exchanges, we will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise and we will replace items damaged during shipping.

Damages and Issues

So, your gift was delivered, but the box looked like it took a beating in transit. Don't worry! We take care to ensure our gifts are packaged securely. Our gift boxes are filled with crinkle paper to provide extra cushioning for the thoughtfully curated products.
